Kelsey is our 13 year old granddaughter
She loves to sing, dance and has appeared in numerous musical theatre and recitals
At the age of six months, her Papa would dance in front of the mirror because It helped to stop the crying! They have always had a special bond and she has always referred to him at Papa.
Hey favorite artists are Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Maroon 5.
Me and my husband (her Papa) took her to a Maroon 5 concert last year and had a blast. Kelsey knew every word and sang and danced the night away.
Kelsey is very artistic; she can draw, paint and throw pottery. She would always paint us pictures when she would come over and spend the weekends at our house. I still have them in my office and one of my favorites on my fridge.
Now, as a teenager, Lucie is into manicures, pedicures and reflexology. She had her first spa facial at Lake Geneva this summer. Seeing her reclining and relaxed in her white spa robe was a jolt. Lucie was really a teenager. She then started to tell me funny stories about the spa attendant, and as I laughed hysterically, I realized that she was both a child and a grown up and beautiful inside and out.
I am so proud of the little woman she is becoming and I can't wait to see what hte future hold for her.
